So I took a deep breath, grasped my palette knife and made our first ever vegan wedding cake for my sweet friends Rachael and Daniel. Raspberry pavlova sponge cake complete with dreamy little aquafaba meringues. We even had the omnivores fooled with this one. So pleased to have been able to contribute to the most delightful wedding imaginable. Rachael and Daniel looked heavenly and the vegan pie and mash was very much appreciated. What a perfect day.
